Let’s talk about sleep. 2020 has been a year, I think I speak for everyone when I say we could all use a good night’s sleep! Being a mom to two little ones, sleep is crucial, yet doesn’t always happen. Some nights I am getting up more than I would like, so when I get a couple of hours stretch, so quality sleep matters!

Now let’s talk sheets. Can I be honest with you all? I have had the same sheets for years, and never knew the value of investing in sheets more than what I could find on clearance. BUT—-wow! I have been missing out! The quality of your sheets matters SO much! Purecare has outdone themselves. They are incredibly soft, yet cooling. I am a hot sleeper, so this was what I noticed right away. I didn’t wake up sticking to my sheets. Such a nice feeling LOL. This leads me to Purecare’s FRÍO pillows. They have rapid chill cooling fibers to channel the heat away, providing a cooler sleep. What I noticed is my hair not being so oily from sweat! GAME CHANGER! I now look a little less crazy in the morning and don’t need quite as much dry shampoo.
